Admissions

STEP 1. APPLICATION FORM COLLECTION

You can obtain an Application Form in one of two ways:

  • Visit our reception at Eland Oak Junior School to collect a physical copy.

  • Download the Application Form directly from our website.

STEP 2. VERIFICATION & SUBMISSION

Please ensure that you submit the completed Application Form along with the following documents:

  • A copy of your child's birth certificate.

  • Copies of your child's previous school reports

  • $60 registration fee

STEP 3. CONFIRMATION OF ACCEPTANCE

If your child is accepted into Eland Oak, we will require you to submit a signed Entry Form to secure your child's place.
